General admission is $28 and audience tickets are $12.
This event is created by students, for students. To participate in the Design Jam, you must be enrolled at an educational institution and provide proof of student status by emailing a copy of your student ID to info.flui2025@gmail.com.
No prior experience or skills are required to participate within the Design Jam. We recommend that the participants have at least some knowledge on how to use Figma, as it is the main tool used within the Design Jam.
The event runs over the course of one week, from February 14 to February 21. The Design Jam begins on February 14 and continues through February 18. Winners will be announced on Friday, February 20, and will present their designs during the closing ceremony. Throughout the week, students will have the opportunity to participate in workshops designed to enhance their skills in design, storytelling, prototyping, and portfolio development.
The Design Jam is created to present challenges such as website redesigns, branding overhauls, and other creative redesign projects, all aimed at helping clients build a stronger digital presence.
The opening ceremony on February 14 and the closing ceremony on February 21 will be held in person, while all workshops and the remainder of the Design Jam will take place remotely.

Participants may register in teams of two or four, as tickets are sold in pairs. Teams registering with four members will remain as a fixed team, while teams registering with two members will be paired with another team of two.
Our mentor team has carefully selected experienced mentors who are well suited for the Design Jam. Each team will be assigned a mentor from the FLUI team; participants are not permitted to source their own mentors.
